Robot Guns (Pneumatic and Servo)

Obara offers a wide range of robot weld guns.  designs are based upon ease of interchangeability, easy maintenance access, and can be designed to meet individual customer requirements.

The latest in resistance welding technology, the traditional pneumatic operating cylinder is replaces with a Servo motor, connected directly into a driver unit which controls speed, point pressure and stroke.  This style of gun offers a more flexible approach to welding.  As of January 2006, Obara has in excess of 17800 servo guns in various production plants around the world.
